Aspiring Storytellers + Inspiring Older Adults
We partner Storytellers with
inspiring Older Adults who have stories to tell.
Together they make an original short video, audio documentary, podcast or animation.
It's a win-win. Older adults benefit from a positive interaction that helps decrease the effects of isolation and detachment while encouraging intergenerational cohesion. Apprentice storytellers get to work with professional storytellers who teach interviewing skills, cinematography, sound design and editing using professional equipment.
The audience enjoys a collection of entertaining, original short films, podcasts and animations.
